I just had a wonderful experience with New England Hearth & Home!! In a panic that my gas fireplace was fully broken, I requested a service call and was so pleasantly surprised when the technician said I just needed a cleaning and a few adjustments. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and showed me how to correctly use the unit! So very grateful for a great experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
